Years back the opportunity of a sit down chat with Eddie Feigner (THE KING) who was considered the greatest pitcher ever and founder of www.kingandhiscourt.com presented itself.  A brash hard nosed man but respectful of all spoke these words, "PLEASE KEEP FASTPITCH ALIVE", that's when the idea was created.  Was it possible?  With the utmost respect a choice was made to form a tribute team, to honor the man and all his followers.  Amazingly enough 23 premier fastpitch players accepted invites, with nothing less than privilege and honor.  The Diamond Kings were born.  This team will be going to the World Masters Games being held in Torino Italy August 2nd - 11th 2013.  This team will also be playing several high level tournaments in preparation for the World Masters (see schedule).
